GCB Apple Cherry Kriek 2024 37.5CL

This cider is the result of 8% self-picked sour cherries, 42% cherries and 50% apples. The 3 ciders were fermented separately, and mixed just before bottling. The sour cherry and cherry ciders were spontaneously fermented, while the apple cider was fermented with a champagne yeast. Very artisanally made, from fruit to cider, we do this entirely ourselves. 100% Belgian fruit. Limited edition of 336 bottles.
