GCB Primitivo Rosé 2024 75CL

This rosé cider is the result of pressing and fermenting together with a champagne yeast, from 86% Belgian apples and 14% Italian grapes. A long skin maceration creates a fruity rosé cider. The apples come from Helsen Fruit in Stelen. Very artisanally made, from apples and grapes to cider, we do this entirely ourselves.
