GCB Montepulciano 2024 75CL

This dark red cider is the result of pressing and fermenting together with a champagne yeast, made from 70% Belgian apples and 30% Italian grapes. A long skin maceration creates a fruity dark red cider. The apples come from Helsen Fruit in Stelen. Very artisanally made, from apples and grapes to cider, we do this entirely ourselves.
