Cuvée Petrus is an ode to Peter Vissers, the founder of the beer Ne Flierefluiter. Besides being a Flierefluiter, Peter is also a great lover of geuze, just like his grandson Mauro Vissers. In 2023, Mauro came up with the idea to bring these 2 beers together. And this is the result, 50% Ne Flierefluiter Westelse Tripel and 50% one-year-old own lambic. This lambic was brewed by Den Herberg Bier of mixed fermentation, with spontaneous re-fermentation in the bottle. Limited edition of 755 bottles.
