GCB XMAS 33CL

The beer is a dark Quadrupel with an alcohol content of 10%. It is brewed with 4 different types of malt, 5 different types of hops, 2 yeasts, and a few secret ingredients. The beer has strong notes of chocolate and coffee, which you can expect from this style. But what you don't expect is a perfect marriage between sweetness and bitterness. This was achieved by using hop varieties that you mainly find in IPAs and similar styles.
